The Goal: The client had an existing ground-floor residence. The vision was to add a new first and second floor, creating independent units designed specifically for the rental market.

1. The Plastering Stage This image shows the new structure taking shape. Our team erected the first and second floors, ensuring structural integrity and a seamless integration with the ground floor. Scaffolding is up as we move through the plastering phase, one of the most critical steps for a durable exterior finish.
2. The Finishes Stage Attention to detail is key. Here you can see the "Finishes Stage" of the new corridor. The flooring is complete, walls are painted, and doors and windows are installed. We created a clean, modern, and low-maintenance space, ideal for tenants.
3. Auspicious Beginnings & Handover A home is more than just bricks and mortar. We were honored to be present for the "Vasthu Pooja" on the new terrace and the completion ceremony (Griha Pravesh) inside. These moments mark a successful and blessed handover to the client.
4. The Completed Project The final result! The "Completion Stage" photo shows the fully transformed building. What was once a ground-floor house is now a modern, three-story residential property, ready to welcome new families and provide a steady income stream for Mr. Sathish.
