Civil Works

REINFORCEMENT DETAIL 

RCC work on Mr. Manoj Villa, Ganapathy

  • Fully framed RCC Structure. 
  • Fe 550 Grade – TMT Rod. Brands: JSW, Vizag. 
  • Footing, Pedestrial, Columns, Plinth beam, Lintel, Loft, Roof slab, Roof bean, Cantilever beam, Bathroom sunkan roof slab will be done. 

BASEMENT  

Basement work

Foundation:  
  • Earthwork excavation of maximum depth up to 5-6 feet in ordinary soil from Natural Ground Level.   
  • Raised up to 3 feet high from the Natural Ground Level constructed using good quality FlyAsh Bricks and all inner walls are rough plastered. 
PCC work
PCC 
  • Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) is done with 40mm aggregate. 
  • PCC work will be done Footing and built-up flooring area.

SOIL FILLING 
  • Back filling of excavated soil in Columns, basement and extra gravel needed will be purchased - pond watering, soil consolidation. 
  • Anti-Termite Treatment at foundation, plinth level, Flooring level.   
Basement Brick work
RED BRICK WORK 
  • In cement mortar 1:5 using Red brick for 9” inch thick main walls and 1:4 for 4.5 inch thick Partition walls.  
  • M-sand for mortar & concrete. 
RCC Roof - bar bending and centring work
RCC 
  • Using 1:1.5:3 –M20 mix with 20mm aggregate for slab, beams, column and all concrete work.  
  • RMC for large quantity – 1:1.5:3 – M20 Grade – Ultratech  brands (based on availability) 
  • Roof height – 10’0” 
Plastering work
WALL PLASTERING 
  • All walls and opens are plastered with cement mortar 1:6 of 12mm thick finished with sponge. 
  • P-sand will be used for all plastering work in super structure. 

BATHROOM & PLUMBING

 DADO TILES 
  • Wall tiles upto Ceiling – Ceramic @ 45/Sq.ft., upto Lintel Level. 
FLOOR TILES 
  • Floor tiles: Anti Skid tiles @ ₹40 per SFT. 
FIXTURES 
  • All sanitary & CP fixtures for One bathroom is ₹ 18,000/- which includes EWC with Flush tank, Taps, Wash Basin, Wall mixer, Health faucet, Shower etc. For common bathroom – 8000 with PVC Fittings. 
  • Brand Taps & Fittings – Parryware – EWC, IWC & Parryware - Fittings. Basic model 
Plumbing work
PIPE WORKS 
  • Single pipeline system (ie. Borewater) for all bathrooms and kitchens. 
  • Additional good water pipeline for kitchen – one point 
  • Pipes for outer lines – 1” CPVC. (Astral/Equiv) 
  • Rain water pipeline PVC pipe ( 4kg/cm2). 
  • Sewage pipeline using PVC pipe ( 4kg/cm2). 
  • Sewage Chambers with FRP cover inside the built-up area. 
  • Bore water tank – 1 KL – 1 nos + Good water – 500 Litre – 1 nos – Food grade

Electrical work
 CONDUITS 
  • concealed works –PVC Conduits.  
  • Each room separate circuit breaker. Each house separate Distribution box. 
  • 1 UPS Point of Each Unit at the nearest feasible point. 
  • CCTV Camera, Home theatre will be done for any future requirement. 
  • Electric Car or Two Wheeler Charging Provision will be given in the parking. 
  • All the electrical switches will be provided as per necessity with good quality.

JOINERIES WORKS

Wood work and paintings 
  • Main door: Door size: 5’0” x 7’ with original Teak wood door with Shutters and fixed glass, frame size – 6” x 4”. 
  • Internal doors: Door size: 3’ x 7’ –Sal wood frame @ rate of ₹ 3500.00 per frame of 4″x3″ with membrane or flush doors – per door including fittings like handles, locks, aldrops, hinges & tower bolts @ rate of ₹ 4500.00 per door. 
  • Pooja room readymade MDF Door + Frame – total cost is 8000 – full set. 
  • Rest Room Door: – Size: 2’6” x 7’0” – PVC door at the rate of ₹ 2500.00 per door. 

WINDOWS 

  • All windows are made of  Sal Wood material with shutter 3mm glass along and 12mm MS grill type. 
  • Accessories and fittings are Powder coated. 

FLOORING & WALL TILING 

  • All inner rooms including staircase up-to ₹ 60/- per sqft
