Concrete (PCC & RCC): Detailed pricing for 1:4:8 and 1:5:10 mixes.
Masonry: Labour and material breakdown for standard Red Brick and Solid Block work.
Structure: Per cubic foot rates for Columns, Beams, and Roof Slabs.
Finishing & Utility Rates
A building isn't finished until the painting and utilities are done. We have included specialized rates that are often hard to find, such as specific painting applications and underground sump construction.
